ロジカルシンキング プレゼンテーション力

ExcelやAccessなどの用いて高度の分析ができるスキル

ビジネス上級以上の英語力 頻繁にテレカンやメール作成が発生し 社内イントラはすべて英語です

Key Result Areas

Regional Marketing Strategy and Budget

  • Develop a Region / country specific marketing strategy which should blend and lay emphasis on GTM (Go To Market) plan along with priorities of the local markets, thereby ensuring optimal use of local communication channels
  • Ensure optimal allocation of assigned regional marketing budget and ensure an effective spend of the budget against targets for the region.
  • Ensure all regional marketing activities and results are effectively communicated to sales and other stakeholders. Deliver a coordinated (calendar) overview of all regional marketing activities periodically.
  • Develop deep insights on all segments, adjacent markets and growth avenues in the region. Use these insights to strategise for planning growth of the regional business.
  • Working with Regional teams

  • Develop and execute on the field marketing plan in alignment with the Regional Account Director and support annual sales objectives in the region
  • Work with Account Manager, Customer Consultants and Solution Sales Managers to identify key customer advocates and leverage them in the field marketing plan.
  • Execute field marketing, measure and report

  • Plan, develop, and execute more complex promotional campaigns, or those that are of strategic importance to the organisation.
  • These campaigns inform the organisation’s target market on the value of its products and services and may include trade exhibitions, direct mailing, website, email marketing, telemarketing, ABM, workshops or seminars

  • Organise and attend seminars, workshops, industry exhibitions, and other events so that potential customers have an opportunity to learn about the organisation and its products and services
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organisers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organisation’s requirements, deadlines, and budget.
  • Capture, measure and report metrics related to customer experience, engagement and Marketing Qualified Leads. Strong emphasis on evidence based marketing.
  • Maximize customer value perception of Elsevier

  • Research, write, design, and edit more complex or specialised collaterals, website content, email copy or infographic that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience.
  • Arrange for this material to be economically published and distributed. Collateral may include case studies, interviews, training and selling aids, telemarketing scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets.

  • Track and maintain a good understanding of customer value perceptions (regional perception) of Elsevier
  • Network and liaise with local press agents to ensure corporate news is properly circulated to the media always aligned with the corporate programs

  • Very strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Good analytical skills with high proficiency in using MS Excel. This is a must have skill.
  • Should be confident to present at events and function as master of ceremony
  • Skills in HTML, CMS, Adobe Photoshop design, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce.com, Surveymonkey.com etc., desirous but not essential
  • Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Good understand of domain and customer segment
  • Fluency in English and in languages supported in region
  • Experienced in working in an international matrixed organization
  • Self starter
