1. High level of skill in dealing with data.2. Knowledge about compensation scheme of multi-national company.3. Excellent command English language.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications. 5. International mindset.6. University degree or adequate education. 7.
At least 5 years of overall work experience within Compensation & Benefits and / or Payroll Management and personnel cost management.
8. Experience working in an international Company. 9. Project Management experience.
