To solve this issue, we make own Catalog system is really important mission for Rakuten.We need Back-End Engineer for Catalog who knows Big Data knowledge and utilize method deeply.
Our mission is making rich and structured Product data / Taxonomy by processing Big Data then deliver those data to Front-End sites.
We'll support not only Rakuten Ichiba, but also Asian, European and American markets.We work with 9 subsidiaries members to make global common catalog system.

Responsibilities : - Design Data model - Operation Design - Design architecture for Back-End systems - Develop batch system - Develop Web Application(Inhouse-tool) - Develop API - Operation using Linux - Ensure quality and durability of systems - Automation for Testing and Release operations
