The Leadership Hiring team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Senior Recruiter to identify and assess executive talent for a newly created role based in Tokyo.
You will partner the country leadership to provide guidance on strategic positions, addressable talent pools and market conditions.
You will create customized sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and source senior candidates for this fast growing dynamic organisation.

OBJECTIVES / DELIVERABLES
The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Executive Search and Talent Acquisition, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
You will have a reputation for being exceptional at executive relationship management, market research and senior candidate generation, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
Experience in Executive Recruitment with the ability to engage and develop relationship at CxO level, building relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, senior leaders and peers alike
Solid track record / experience in either corporate and / or progressive search firm environment.
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
CTS / ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
A working network in the Japan technology market is preferable but not essential.
