Description
Develop and implement customer sales plan, taking into account forecast, customer segmentation, products, price and variable sales & distribution costs.
Grow sales with existing clients and acquire new customers.
Carry out of negotiations with customers on condition, target, sales support and monthly achievement.
Support annual budget plan for each assigned customer and make monthly forecast on time.
Follow defined customer visit frequency by customer / region cluster. Support execute new product launch, promotional activities and training to b2b customers.
Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese mandatory, advanced in English as a plus
Hands on attitude, comfortable to work in multinational company, also for a relatively small organization with limited market awareness
Any sort of direct (field) sales experience 2 -15 years or a strong passion to do sales job
Willingness to travel >
50% by car (covering multiple prefectures), self-organized, independent, and comfortable with remote work style + visits to individual shop locations
Ability to influence people, skillful in communication, negotiating deals, handling conflict and managing pressure
Knowledge of automotive industry, especially aftersales parts industry as a plus
Existing connection or knowhow with car accessory chain, automotive fleet company, tire retail chain, car dealer group, gas station etc.
Career experience in any functions : business development, purchasing, retail, logistic / plant coordination, product training, working overseas as a plus
For non-Tokyo base, preferably to hire directly from tire aftersales industry.
