This role belongs to Sales Enablement team and owns the learning program strategy and execution for core products across all roles within Salesforce with the intention of improving employee productivity with the appropriate level of product knowledge relevant to their role.
He or she will work closely with the Market Readiness organization in global and Product Marketing Team in local.
The scope of the role spans the entire product learning journey of the employee within their role, from their on-boarding program to their on-
going professional development as it relates to core products.
The initial focus is on Sales and Sales Engineering teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Make the level of products knowledge in customer-facing employee and our partners always ready to go.
Design, develop and implement the internal and external on-boarding and ongoing product training strategy for all customer-
facing functions, and partners.
Develop product customized demos and show how to sell
Lead product tools localization and manage the contents with easy-to-use for the field.
Ensure the team is aligned to the on-boarding and development priorities, and are able to deliver a personalized and enhanced learning programs
Deliver global-class learning experiences using a variety of mediums and leveraging innovative ways of delivering learning contents and programs.
Enable our employees, partners to become a global community of cloud evangelists sharing ideas, experiences and solving problems together
Develop and deliver enablement assets, tools and programs including case studies, playbooks, story campaigns, etc. This will also be built in conjunction with the different product marketing teams.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED :
Proven knowledge and combined experience of Salesforce core products in roles of Sales Engineer, Product Marketing, Customer Services or Training functions.
Experience leading similar learning initiatives or training in a global sales organization.
Fluent English communication skill with Global teams.
Experience building and implementing scalable best in breed global training programs that enhance selling skills and sales performance, with a demonstrated track record of behavior-
change and improved sales results.
Experience producing and hosting educational events
Excellent executive presence, ability to drive adoption and credibility with senior leadership
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization

Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes
Strong preference for CRM in Education or related field of study
MBA a plus
