Develop shopper and customer strategy for categories by combining shopper, customer and sales team insights with marketing and financial expectations.

Lead to develop effective national promotion plan, shopper activation and new product launch plan by closely working with commercial functions and engage to customers via sales team.

Develop effective shopper communication at in-store based upon the deep understanding shopper purchase behavior and insights.

Keep improving key sales fundamentals such as assortment, visibility and share of shelf

アソートメントビジビリティースペースシェアといったキーとなるセールスファンダメンタルズを継続して改善する

Create accurate demand forecast incorporating various data and aspects for sustainable supply plan

安定した製品供給のために様々なデータや観点から正確な需要予測を行う

Monitor and analyze business progress and create corrective actions with agility

進捗状況をモニター分析しアジリティーをもって対応策を作る

Manage trade investments for G2N and A&P to maximize ITE / ROI

投資効率を最大化できる得意先への投資をマネージする

University Degree 大学卒

Experience of 1) FMCG industry 2) Key account manager for more than 3 years 3) Customer / Trade / Shopper marketing more than 3 years

1)FMCG 2)3年以上のKey Account Manager 3 3年以上のCustomer / Trade / Shopper Marketing の経験

Japanese : Native 日本語ネイティブ

English : Intermediate / Business 英語中級以上ビジネスレベル

Strategic / logical thinking 戦略的思考論理的思考

Data analysis データ分析
