We are looking for an action orientated, self-motivated and talented Online Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. It will suit someone very hands-
on who thrives in an ambiguous environment playing multiple roles and who is high energy and ambitious.
Responsible for ensuring that quality traffic is driven to the website which converts and drives revenue.
Build, own and manage all marketing activities across acquisition (including Affiliate Networks, SEO, SEM), and retention.
Drive agency performance to support you marketing initiatives.
Cultivate, structure, and negotiate strategic relationships and distribution deals.
Regular site reporting and analysis of campaign performance.
Optimise and maintain the Japanese websites.
Be the champion for the Japan user experience.
Maintain a high level of customer insight including competitive analysis, consumer, travel, and industry trends and use this to create opportunities to engage with customers are the right time.
Own the end to end customer experience from placing an order to fulfilment.
Own online budget.
The ideal candidate will also have :
BA or equivalent minimum
A minimum of 3 years’ experience gained at a leading digital business or agency
Previous experience in managing websites, SEO, SEM strategy and execution
Extremely strong analytical skills and ROI-performance orientation.
Outstanding strategic thinker and with the ability to provide leadership in building the marketing engine for online growth.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively communicate internally and externally, as well as with remote international teams.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to proactively identify and balance risk / reward
