Description This position is responsible for effectively approaching end users, dealers and distributors to drive sales of RIDGID products in Japan.
Support other staff to achieve sales goals as well as prospect and drive new sales within respective territory. Responsibilities
Conduct RIDGID products demonstration, mostly to end users.
Provide training to dealers to drive sales.
Aggressively develop new dealers and end users.
Participate in exhibitions to sell RIDGID products.
Maintain relationship with key dealers to enhance growth.
Visit HQs and sales branches of each key dealer to drive sales.
Proactively communicate with distributors, dealers and end users to promote RIDGID products.
Solve issues with colleagues or / and an independent service company
Other ad hoc duties as requested.
High school degree or above
Working experience at manufacturer as sales is preferred
A minimum of 10 years working experience. At least 3 years working experience in similar industry or B2B as sales
Experience to manage a key account is preferred
Regular driving license holder
PC skills (E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred)
Good command in English will be an advantage
