Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead SCM package solution implementation project
Collaborate with GH US, outsource warehouse and manage procurement, purchasing
Manage overall supply chain operations both laboratory and outsource warehouse
Manage in procurement and supplier agreement
Lead all SCM activities :
Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery
Demand Chain Management
Lead establishment and maintain SOP’s based on required duties
Develop process improvement plans to carry out supply chain management and maintenance initiatives more efficiently
Manage outsourced warehouse (quality, vender, facility management)
Distribution management Supplier and third-party logistics
Develop warehouse improvement based on quality data
Quality Improvement (collaborate with Quality Manager)
Supplier management (Based on Quality Management System, Audit
5+ years’ experience of Supply Chain Management and Demand Planning Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or IVD industry.
3 years or longer experience of SCM Manager
Native level Japanese, Business English (verbal and written)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in participate in Package solution implementation project (ORACLE SAP JD Edwards.) is plus
Oversea business trip experience is plus
