Job Description

  • Johnson&Johnson’s IT has 3 different team, Business Technology Lead (BTL), Product Line Owner (PLO), and Technology Service (TS).
  • This position will belong under TS team and mainly be in charge of project implementation and post implementation phase of appointed application system.

    We are looking for an outstanding Commercial Technical Integration Project Lead who has strong system and data integration experience to work with business and regional team in our Technology Services team to connect, lead, shape and deliver new technology products and platforms.

    The role requires a broad experience / knowledge of DataLake / ETL / Job-scheduler / Tableau or other DnA(Data and Analytics) solutions, experience with a data integration from multiple sources, the ability to collaborate closely and influence others in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

    The Commercial Technical Integration Project Lead is expected to work in one of the most impactful Global product deployment projects in Johnson & Johnson, to lead technical integration part of project management from Japan for next 1-2 years.

    The product / platform and people who work in the environment is global in nature, therefore experience of working under diverse environment is required.

    This position will be working closely with the Japan Business partners and IT peer to apply Enterprise technology and development capabilities to deliver solutions that rapidly meet business needs.

    Responsibilities and KeyWork

    During implementation project

  • Ensure that project delivery meets the defined schedule, cost, and scope, and does not deviate from Regional / Global standards
  • Utilize technical expertise and business insight to drive end-to-end systems integration / UAT / Business simulation testing and achieve business acceptance in partnership with business and IT peer.
  • Deliverables examples : Integration test strategy & plan, Integration test scenarios, Management process & metrics for quality outcome

  • Define operational requirement working across teams to make sure scenario works a day in the life of business / IT operation
  • Collaborate with BTL and PLO for planning and release management of application solutions across the IT ecosystem
  • Post implementation project

  • Act as a solution lead for Japan DnA initiatives, bringing in best practices learnt from the project
  • Lead data system operation from onsite to resolve platform incidents and prioritize Japan incidents until permanent issue resolution
  • Work with various technical vendors and teams internally to tackle the issues and facilitate daily check up call with onsite and offshore team members to check support progression targeting faster issue resolution
  • Manage the service request tickets in Japan and support to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) or problem ticket (PRB) for repeated platform incidents
  • Investigate and suggest better approach from current platform operations
  • Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Business level English skill (TOEIC over 800), fluent Japanese (N1 above)
  • Project management and experience leading enterprise system integrations
  • 4-5+ years of experience in DnA domain
  • Knowledge of ETL and AWS Datalake system
  • Experience and strong sense of SLA management
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of service delivery principles
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a climate of teamwork and collaborative problem solving across departments among IT staff and business leaders
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and specific manner
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, executives, and external customers
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of healthcare, business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies
