The JP consumer marketing team (known as XCM) is looking for a talented Senior Media Manager. Our mission is to build the most measurably effective, integrated marketing capability we can, so we can increase the number of customers, improve customer purchase frequency, grow must-win’ programs and improve key customer perceptions which build the Amazon brand.
Our team includes strategy, campaign, media, analysis and creative.
Role objective :
The JP XCM Sr. Media Manager is primarily responsible for developing and managing best in class paid media strategies.
This role will be focused on turning integrated marketing objectives into media objectives and strategies, defining clear KPIs for measurement and driving innovation that is grounded in JP consumer and media insight.
Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including Marketing, Creative, Research and PR will be key to success.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Media Manager. The ideal candidate is an individual who is highly proactive, has experience leading and managing media strategies, with a deep understanding of media planning and buying across all media touch points (TV, Digital, Radio, Print, OOH / Transit etc.
in Japan, experience developing and managing media processes, excellent written and oral communication skills, works well with cross functional teams.
