Job Description :

Rakuten Seiyu Net Super's web production direction position planned to start service in the third quarter of 2018.

Responsibilities :

Overall project management on website launch and renewal, internal adjustment, goal setting and forecast management

Project design, production direction, inspection

Maintenance, creation and transfer of various manuals, measurement of effects by access analysis after release, improvement proposal and structuring

Scenario design based on persona design and user survey and extraction of user needs

Information design based on UCD (site structure, screen transition, interaction, navigation, screen composition)

Problem extraction and verification by user test

Usability evaluation

Design of smartphone, tablet Web / APP

Required Qualifications

Interested in food

Strong interest in web services, motivation

Basic knowledge of web standards and website creation ((X) html + css, Javascript)

Web usability, basic knowledge of accessibility

Basic knowledge on front end technology of Web site

Preferred Qualifications

Those who have a posture to lead projects while demonstrating their expertise by self-startup

Those who have knowledge on UX's research / design method and UCD, practicing those findings in product and service development and leaving results

New site launch experience

Existing site renewal project experience

Expertise and experience of building smartphone applications

Team management experience as a leader

English Qualifications

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)

or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country

TOEIC Score of 600 or higher is acceptable for fixed-term employees.

In this case, it is necessary to achieve a TOEIC Score exceeding 800 after joining Rakuten in order to be eligible to become a regular employee.

If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by Rakuten, during selection process is required.
