    As a member of our Customer Success team you will have a major impact on our future success by being AppsFlyer’s eyes and ears with the clients.

    Be ahead of the curve by sharing new product releases or content relevant to their business. Listen to their feedback to help the Product and R&D team innovate new features.

    Ultimately, you’re there to ensure that our customers are more successful.

    What you do :

  • Opportunity to work directly with our customers and manage customers accounts end to end : technical, business, support, and product
  • Handle new feature releases
  • Provide customer feedback internally
  • Provide customer training and webinars
  • Upsell existing customers
  • Introduce new features
  • Who you are :

  • Ideally 3-4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
  • Product management sense / familiarity
  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience and ideally over 2 year web marketing and digital advertising experience
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Proficiency in some technical areas is preferred such as CRM, databases, data integration processes,
  • Business Level Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English language
  • Based in Japan
  • Bonus Points

    User Acquisition and / or Ad Network experience a major plus)

  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
  • Gaming experience
