You will join the Business Development team, which covers Product Management, Strategy, as well as Business Development and Key Account Management.

You and your team identify and validate promising new product ideas from the angles of technical feasibility, business viability and (internal or external) customer desirability, using an agile business development framework.

You iteratively test products with customers, all with the license to fail fast but learn & find solutions quickly.

Qualifications

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Engage and interact with customers to identify pain points and design respective solutions
  • Lead customer pilots
  • Understand and map customer pain points & processes and funnel customer feedback to the product team to ensure implementation and continuous improvement of our product portfolio
  • Pitch Connectivity portfolio to customers and trigger desirability for our products
  • Customer support
  • Experience

  • Excellent academic degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or Software development
  • Min. 4 years professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Software Development in an automotive company or in a startup
  • Experience in sales & customer interaction in Japan
  • Experience in logistics or transportation companies beneficial
  • Personal Skills

  • Distinctive ability to grasp complex scenarios and carve out business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially for decision-makers & customers)
  • Willingness and desire to travel
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
