In this role, you will be the lead point of contact for talents in Japan and the team in the Philippines. You will also be working closely with the Director of Commercial Partnerships and managing the general administrative activities in Japan.
You will be responsible for :
Serving and supporting all the needs of our talents with clear communication
Familiarising with the company industry and the performance of all the talents
Scheduling all the meetings, travel, and other appointments of the talents
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the executive
Preparing for meetings and accurately recording minutes from meetings
Serving as the Japanese and English translator for the talents and employees
Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
You have proven experience as an Operations Coordinator, Talent Manager, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Experience with customer service will be advantageous
You are able to deliver solutions based on client’s needs
You are able to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
You are an independent thinker and team player who works well with others.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Japanese to be the middlemen between talent in Japan and the team in the Philippines.
You are a reliable individual with patience and professionalism.
