Provides process support in a sales office. Responds to customer inquiries and acts as a liaison with product divisions, business centers and other internal entities to provide or gather information.
Coordinates customer visits and maintains tracking of demo equipment usage. Other areas of support may include product orders, product change information, application assistance, campaign inquiries, and problem resolution.
Regularly produces or assists with production of sales reports. May be required to research and compile and update special analyses and reports, such as call reports and order shipment date reports.
