日本の EUC SE チームは現在名で レポートラインは APAC VMware Japan でない という組織です 製品の Business Unit や APAC の他のチームと強い結び付きを持ち 日々密に連携しながら 新しいテクノロジーのキャッチアップ 日本市場が求める機能のリクエスト お客様が抱えている問題のエスカレーションなどに対応しています
EUC SE チームは非常に個性の強いメンバーで構成されています 仲が良くお互いフラットな関係なので時にぶつかることもありますが 異なる個性が合わさることでの強力なエネルギーは これまで EUC ビジネスを大きく成長させる原動力となってきました ３０代から５０代 外資系 日系出身者いずれもおり テクニカルに深い造詣のあるメンバーが所属しています

将来のマネージャーとの取り決めにより VMware 東京オフィスでの勤務と遠隔地での勤務が混在する形となります オフィスから毎日通勤可能な範囲に居住することが望ましいです
