We’re looking for anexperienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing global team of serviceprofessionals. The Instrument Service Group (ISG) partners with customers to getthe best from our broad range of Life Science instrumentation platforms.
We measureour success in terms of Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, and CustomerSatisfaction. We need professional, motivated, friendly, independent, andtechnically savvy Engineer who does what it takes to get take care of thecustomer and represent our highstandards.
Installation, repair, calibration and maintenance ofcustomer instruments, on-site at customer sites, and in-house, at Pallfacilities.
Build and maintain relationships to delight ourcustomers.
Training, technical support, travel planning,administration.
Timely input and updates to service records,reporting, etc.
Work closely with Product Support and R&D toimprove our customer solutions.
Manage schedules, spare parts, quoting, billing, andcapture of customer feedback.
Deliver monthly and annual service revenue target byselling out service offers to customers
As Pall continues to develop new technologies andsolutions, we expect our Field Engineers to keep up to date and broaden theirskills.

Previous Field Service experience required.Experience building, installing and / or repairing complex optical and electro-
mechanical systems. Excellent written and verbal English and Japanese is required. Strong MS-Office skills are required.Experience with Proprietary software systems, Databases, Laboratory Information Management Systems, etc.
