ACCOUNTABILITIES

Act as owner of the crisis management for Takeda in Japan (TPC), and ensure a coordinated approach to crisis management globally.

Create the vision / strategy for crisis management.

Supervise the creation / updating / improvement of the crisis management plan, crisis management team planning documentation, training schedules and the crisis management playbook

Supervise the planning of drills, trainings and exercises across TPC

Act as a lead of the crisis management committee

Lead crisis management activities in emergency situations

In times of crisis, play a lead role in coordinating with business units, functions and business partner organizations

Help in business units, functions and business partner organizations prepare for crises, and do crisis management drills

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS :

Experience in business continuity, crisis planning, emergency management, facilities / critical systems management, security planning, or related role.

Consultative-style-able to provide excellent client-service while also able to diplomatically address issues and present alternate approached or solutions.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Strong project management and analytical skills.

Able to function independently, under pressure, and perform multiple duties with minimal supervision or guidance.

Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Japanese (Native-level English & advanced Japanese skills, or native Japanese & advanced English skills).
