The Partner Channel Marketing Manager for Partner Recruit (PCMM-R) is key to Microsoft's partner strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization.

This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding partners to develop solutions and services on the Microsoft platform.

to-market, and sell with us. As a Microsoft PCMM-R, you will be recruiting partners into an ecosystem that connects them to the largest customer base in the world.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include :

Drive recruitment strategy and plan across Microsoft products and solutions

  • Understand Microsoft value proposition, partner storybook, brand and programs to drive new recruitment
  • Understand partner recruitment needs, and contribute to recruitment strategic planning
  • Provide insights and analysis back into recruitment effort on new partners and competitors
  • Define recruitment plans in alignment with other recruitment resources and provide research and analysis back into overall recruitment effort on new partners and competitors
  • Grow partner capacity to meet or exceed Microsoft capacity gaps

  • Plan, execute and report on recruitment campaigns
  • Identify and create partner communities to accelerate recruitment growth
  • Work with local marketing teams to leverage broader marketing motion
  • Leverage the Microsoft partner website to optimize local digital engagement

  • Design partner journeys to guided experiences in the recruitment cycle and drive partners to guided digital engagements
  • Bring together local digital properties (website, blogs, standalone pages) into one partner experience to simplify the experience for partners
  • Develop depth knowledge of Microsoft partner network data
  • Highlight areas where there are opportunities and gaps and bring insights back into the business
  • Optimize recruitment execution through community collaboration

  • Orchestrate overall partner recruitment efforts with Microsoft teams
  • Share recruitment best practices with worldwide peer group
  • Embrace the learning culture prioritizing time for learning & personal career development. Leverage technical and industry expertise to become a thought leader and trusted advisor to your partners

  • Use internal and external learning resources to build expertise, enabling business value and solution driven conversations with your partners
  • Qualifications

    Experiences Required : Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution with proven results
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
  • Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies :
  • Inclusive and collaborative driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
  • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Offers deep partner ecosystem and market insights including the competitor landscape and knowledge of partner business models
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to connect digital and in-person marketing tactics using data
  • Understands how to scale marketing efforts across a portfolio of breadth partners by promoting self-serve tools and tracking consumption of the tools
  • Ability to succeed in a quickly changing business environment showing thought-leadership in driving market transformation
  • Obsessed and committed to optimal partner and customer satisfaction
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and / or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners
  • Fluent Japanese skill and business level English skill (conversational and reading)
