Job Purpose : Responsible for OEM sales in order to develop new businesses and maximize sales growth in existing accounts.

In addition, to optimize profits as well as achieving strategic objectives of a Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities : 1.Create and propose attractive solution / service to the customers while securing and expanding current sales opportunities.

2.Create sales strategy to use Technology roadmap to existing customers to expand new business.

3.To act as a control tower for key accounts and to deliver the right information and scope to each stakeholders for both inside and outsides.

4.Set and facilitate quality business review with key customers, and keep high business score from business overall point of view.

5.Negotiate the commercial conditions with customer's Procurement.

6.Meets revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer and by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.

Qualifications : 1.Ability to understand complex and unique industry issues.

2. Ability to develop relationships and profitable business partnerships with major partners.

3. Strong ability to manage sales operations-related activities forecasting, sales planning, budgeting and sales compensation).

4. Leadership skills evidenced by building / leading a successful combination of sales, marketing and engineering team.5. Experience in B to B sales.

6. Knowledge of Electrical Engineering. Experience at manufacturing industry and electronics component business are more preferred.

7. Bachelor degree.

8. English or Japanese launguage ability is preferable.
