Technical Architect will be key member of the Veeva Professional Services group contributing project mainly on technical part as a specialist of Veeva commercial Suite centered on Veeva CRM.
Veeva CRM is an application built on the Force.com platform and has various functions specialized in the life science industry.
When Technical Architect implements these functions, it determines whether these functions can meet the business requirements, and if not, it builds its own solutions to optimize the customer's business success.
What You'll Do
Development of Force.com Point & Click Customization, Trigger, and Visualforce in Veeva CRM project
Analyze business requirements and provide customers with optimal solutions
System design with cooperation between Veeva CRM and its peripheral systems (DWH, BI, etc.)
Design and configuration of Veeva applications (Vault, etc.) other than Veeva CRM
Project execution based on the project plan (requirement definition, design, implementation, test)
Create project deliverables
A minimum of 4 years of Apex Trigger and Visualforce development experience at Salesforce.com (no experience with Point & Click Customization will not be accepted)
Understand Selective SOQL at Salesforce.com and have actually handled a lot of data (more than 1 million)
Customer negotiation experience more than 3 years or equivalent experience
Conversational English (read and write, simple conversation)
Nice to Have
Pharmaceutical industry knowledge and experience
Veeva CRM knowledge and experience
Business level English (negotiations with customers in English)
Experience developing both Force.com Classic and Lightning Experience
Development experience on AWS
Experience in project management
Application development experience using Java
