About the Job
We seek detail-oriented regional project manager to drive and collaborate on web projects, strategy and maintenance for all of the regions.
To be the brand owner of regional TI.com across web content, functionality and analytics, this position requires the ability to manage projects and issues across multiple stakeholders and disciplines;
understanding and use of technical systems, regional expertise to execute web activities for key TI.com web assets; communicate clearly (written and verbal);
and influence and guide stakeholders utilizing best practices and most efficient options to meet objectives. This position requires the ability to manage multiple types of tasks at once and to be proactive and take initiative.
Provide competitive analysis and recommendations to drive strategic direction for web channel. Participate in competitive assessments representing the regional perspective.
Review regional sites and perform audits to ensure that content is technically credible in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage issues for all regional sites and collaborate with WW team and IT partners to ensure that the issues are prioritized and resolved.
Ensure that content is optimized for local language by updating terminology within translation memory where appropriate.
Participate in IT projects representing regional needs requirements and testing.
Be central point of contact for the regional digital marketing teams communicating findings to teams, collecting inputs, and helping to optimize regional web operations processes.
Partner with TI.com key stakeholders to represent regional business perspectives as well as drive new capabilities on TI.com.
Lead regional specific web projects working closely with WW Digital Marketing team, IT team and other stakeholders to get alignment and determine what is needed to complete
Work closely with Translation Platform Program Manager and Web Content Management Platform Program Manager to ensure that processes from AEM and other systems are utilized and flowing correctly, and participate in input collection and provide feedback on translation process improvements for regional content.
Ensure the most accurate and relevant content is available to the customer on TI.com for regional sites.
Manage regional optimization calendar.
Analytics and customer intelligence
Communicate analytics insights and recommendations to WW team.
Leverage data and partner with WW Web PMs to assess the effectiveness of content pages, product detail pages, positioning and content on TI.com for each region.
Partner with TI.com Analyst and IT analytics team to find anomalies in the data and communicate research and findings to appropriate team members.
After aligning with WW team, proactively pull and analyze data for the regions (e.g. TI.com and Digital marketing requests, traffic, content views / downloads, organic search, customer activity, contact growth, training and video numbers.
from many sources, find insights, and translate those insights into action.
User experience & design regional representation
Leverage regional expertise to ensure that all tests and surveys have a regional lens language, type of tests, approach.
Partner with UX research team to coordinate regional testing needs for TI.com.
Partner with UXD team members to provide regional input into designs.
Participate in design sessions to create and update designs for TI.com.
Translation traffic manager and translation review
Perform translation project traffic manager responsibility / serve as first-line reviewer :
Review daily Worldserver projects to determine to whom they need to be assigned to review.
Review content for translations. Content : AEM banners, marketing materials, corporate documents etc. .
Escalate issues to worldwide team as needed.
Understand / identify who are the subject matter experts in the region based on content types
Monitor progress of translation projects in Worldserver and follow up with assigned reviewers as needed.
Serve as point of contact for translation requests from region and for regional translation vendors.
Update / correct translation memory and terminology in Worldserver.
Must have qualifications :
Experience in Web master / Web Operations manager
Business level English Need to communicate regional requirements to global team written and verbally.
Native level Japanese to manage TI.com localization and translation projects.
Proactive, self-starter and self-driven
Team player. Requires frequent collaboration work with various stakeholders including WW Web PM and Japan sales team.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience in content localization, translation traffic manager
