Talent Partner - Japan
Rubrik's Talent team is growing, and we are looking to add some phenomenal team members that will support the scaling and growth of our businesses in APAC, specifically in Japan.
As a Technical Sales Recruiter, you will identify talent with highly niche backgrounds that will help Rubrik expand and grow our Sales organization.
You will combine your skills as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter and Talent Strategist to identify the best talent, all the while focusing on the candidate and hiring manager experience.
In this role you will work collaboratively with hiring managers, their interview teams and business leaders in addition to other internal stakeholders to create a best-in-class recruitment experience for talent prospects and candidates.
