Reporting to the BO&S Head, the Head of MCE drives the business by transforming & optimizing our go-to market approach and internal processes through
Responsibilities span commercial digital strategy and execution to improve customer experience, including marketing automation, websites, apps, email, and any other digital activities.
He / She applies efficient, relevant, action oriented and innovative recommendations to GBUs to drive marketing and digital activities and the performance.
He / She acts as internal consultant and drives implementation for tangible outcomes in alignment with BU heads, marketing heads, and sales heads.

Coach & develop people to be MCE experts or to their next career aspiration.
Bachelor degree in a related field
