As an Analyst or Consultant, you will be expected to nurture the business network in Japan and across various business lines, maintain client relationships, plan, design, interpret and report data to existing and new clients.
You will work directly with managers and senior executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop optimal solutions.

Deliver superior, consistent project management for multiple, marquee clients :
Write proposals involving multiple workflow streams and client teams
Direct sales to HR and senior management teams
Serve as the day to day project lead, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services
Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Senior Leadership and Client Relationship Managers
Provide valued-added consulting expertise on large sophisticated projects
Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of employee survey programs
Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
Meet sales revenue and billable hour goals as described by manager
Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team
Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships
Directly contribute to clients’ success through applying your technical expertise
Create accurate project budget / costing and ensure delivery within budget
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients / colleagues at all levels
Serve as mentor to project team associates
A consulting background with proven track record of business development across various industries
A demonstrated ability to write effective business proposals and strong standup presentation skills.
Understanding of various research methodologies and ability to lead research efforts.
Demonstrated hands on experience designing, interpreting and reporting surveys.
Experience in providing organizational development interventions will be a plus
Demonstrated success or strong evidence to support new business generation
Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to the Senior Management
Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity
Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues

Enjoy training / mentoring junior staff

Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Bachelor / master degree
Native speaker of Japanese, well versed in written and verbal English
