Job Description :

We are looking for an highly talented UI designer in Rakuten Pay service.

Your mission is to consider user experience of Rakuten pay service and produce the best UX service for users. Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders and draw on customer research and prototype to improve and expand the web user experience and maintain a level of consistency of Rakuten pay service.

We are planning to introduce Lean Process and you will be in charge of projects to improve our product quickly with stakeholders.

We work very hard to change the payment society by Rakuten Pay service.We really look forward to waiting for your apply to create cashless society together at the rapidly growing Fintech service .

This position is a seconded position from Rakuten, Inc. to Rakuten Payment, Inc. Responsibilities :

Information architecture of websites and applications based on UCD process

Provide Prototype and UI design

Presentatation to business and development members

Minimum Qualifications :

3+ Years of relevant UI / UX experience(Portfolio is rquired)

UI design tool capability(Sketch, Prott, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision etc).

Ability to propose strategic design idea with business mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

User testing, depth interview, survey, making persona and implementation skills of UX research

Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks coming from multiple sources efficiently

Apple and Google guideline knowledge and experience

Smartphone application interaction knowledge

Basic knowledge of web standards and web front-end production (html / CSS / Javascript)

Languages :

English (Overall - 4 - Fluent), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
