1, Direct report to Head of Accounting

2, Team leading for 5-person team and received Shared service

3, Perform monthly, yearly closing and Audit Collaborates on the monthly accounting close and reporting process, insuring reports are timely, accurate, and understood.

4, Prepare for HB1 Statutory report

5, Manage Tax Accounting and tax return preparation to insure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance including in Corporate income tax (CIT) and any other local tax filing

6, Work with outside tax service provider to finalize all tax filing (Corporate tax, Consumption tax, Business tax, Business office tax etc.)

7, Validation and analysis of Consumption tax receivables and payables

8, Support ad-hoc request for other analysis or presentation material / reporting

9, Complete required reporting to Group within due dates

10, A leader for developing the finance organization in Japan. Create a culture for continuous improvement with right processes in placed and environment for employees to develop skills, embrace continuous improvement and problem-solving mind-set

11, Lead projects to implement new financial related systems (ex; SAP project) / tools or policies / rules Qualifications 1, Proactive and demonstrate the drive and desire to succeed in the role

2, Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

3, TEAM management : Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

4, Strong knowledge and experience in all statutory legislation and regulations as well as Tax

5, BS / MS degree in finance or a related filed ; CPA qualification is nice to have

6, Multi-cultural working experience or cross-cultural savvy is a plus

7, Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience

8, Business level in English and Native level in Japanese

9, Excellent computer skills on MS office

10, ERP experience (FI / CO / SD / MM etc.)
