Job Description

  • Organization
  • We're responsible for service planning and operation of the app that provide free-call to Rakuten Mobile customers. Our team create the test plan and cases with support of product planning team and engineering team that manage upstream process, cunduct acceptance testn and implement result to lead the release approval process of management layer as the final quality control process for group-focused smartphone apps.

    We will continue to expand the organization as the number of products under our control increases and the functions of existing products expand.

    In line with the product phase, we will continuously update the testing perspective and testing method, so we will be in a position with many opportunities for challenges such as extracting issues for organizations and operations and designing operations for improvement.

    All communication with the development organization, including QA, is in English, so you can acquire practical level English proficiency.

  • Job duties
  • In the process of delivering the management service (mainly smartphone apps) to customers, we are in a position to lead the acceptance test as the final Quality Gate.

    In addition, it is assumed that we will entrust the management and training of the organization and members in the future, considering the personality and compatibility with the members.

    Test schedule and scope management with app development team and QA team

    Reporting and management of detected bugs *from bug fix to fix verification Reporting acceptance test results for each App ver.

    Release, leading stakeholder release approval flow

    Extraction of issues in the entire quality control process of products including QA and formulation / promotion of action plans

    Formulation and promotion of action plans to achieve KPIs of organizations New function evaluation and feedback from the customer's point of view

    Member management and training

  • Minimum qualification
  • Over 3 years of software quality control work experience

    Over 5 years of experience in schedule and task management work

    Over 5 years of experience in creating materials using Power Point and working in Excel Experience in proposing and executing business improvement (regardless of industry)

  • Preferred qualification
  • Experience in team management

    Experience in test planning and implementation of smartphone apps

    Experience in business negotiations with foreign members

    About English requirements

    As a requirement for joining as a full-time employee, the candidate should obtain over TOEIC 800 score within two years after joining the company.

    Candidates can join the company without a TOEIC score at the time of joining the company).

    Those who do not have over TOEIC 800 score before joining the company, are required to take the TOEIC IP test after joining the company.
