As a BRS consultant, you will provide a superior level of service and support to clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

To do this, you must familiarize yourself with the business structure, terminology and culture of an area of specialization.

You will be dedicated to providing guidance and recommendations to candidates, matching their skills, experience and requirements with the hiring needs of the client.

You will need as consultative and problem solving skills and must be confident and effective in communications with senior executives.

To stay abreast of a client's current and future needs, you will have to establish and build relationships with the client's hiring executives.

To become part of the winning BRS team, you must demonstrate client-facing experience and, preferably, experience in executive level recruitment or sales.

The person we are looking for must be an effective negotiator. Strong time-management and multitasking skills are essential, along with competence with database management software.

  • Successfully assist candidates in their job search and fill job openings for clients
  • Provide a superior level of customer service and support to both clients and candidates
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to candidates seeking employment
  • Conduct searches, identify potential candidates that match client hiring needs and present opportunities to candidates
  • Provide input and recommendations to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring executives to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
  • Must be able to comprehend business structure and terminology for area of specialization
  • Must have client facing experience
  • Proven consultative and problem solving skills are critical
  • Experience in executive level recruitment or sales is preferred
  • Must have a high level of comfort around senior management
  • Must have strong time management skills and be able to multi-task and negotiate effectively
  • Must have competence with database management software
