Background of recruitment

With the progress of the organizational structure by function and globalization, standardization of internal control within the group is required.

In addition to the internal control evaluation work, we are looking for human resources who can propose and promote the Astellas Group internal control in Japan and overseas, as well as for the standardization of evaluation and group standardization.

Contents of duties

You will be in charge of the following duties related to the evaluation of internal control related to JSOX and its surroundings, and the evaluation business management of domestic and overseas subsidiaries.

Effectiveness evaluation of internal control of Japanese corporations, and advice and support regarding maintenance and operation

Confirm the internal control evaluation status of overseas group companies and review the evaluation results

Planning, promotion, and management of projects related to group standardization, efficiency improvement, and quality improvement of control and its evaluation methods

Audit of overseas subsidiaries, etc.

Target

Osamu Internal audit experience, knowledge, and / or skills (preferably CIA, CISA, CFE, USCPA, or working experience at an audit corporation)

Those who have the required level of English ability to carry out work (standard : TOEIC score of 800 or above, working or studying in an English-speaking country, etc.)

Those who can proactively and enthusiastically engage in change and lead projects on a global level

Those who have the basic logical approach skills of fact confirmation, cause analysis, and improvement proposals for problems and can practice

Work location

Astellas Pharma Co., Ltd. Nihonbashi Plant, Chuo-ku, Tokyo *All sites are non-smoking

Salary

Calculated according to our regulations.

bonus

2 times a year (July, December)

Allowances

Discretionary labor allowance, commuting allowance, etc.

Working hours

8 : 45 to 17 : 45 (Monday to Thursday), 8 : 45 to 16 : 00 (Friday), flextime system or discretionary labor system for planning work

In the case of discretionary labor system, it is considered that the specified working hours have been worked

Two days off per week, holidays, May 1, summer, year-end and New Year holidays

Vacation

Annual paid leave, childcare leave system, family care leave system, etc.
