Analyze Voice of Customers (VOC), and suggest improvement actions to sercvice owners.
Lead projects to improve services based on VOC and Net Promotor Score(NPS) cooperating with related departments and groups
Organize "Quality Promotion Commitee" which discusses service regulation change / establishment and NPS promotion strategy)
Manage Quality Control Circle(QCC) which is the company-wide activity for issue solving and human resource development. Minimum Qualifications
work experience of more than 5 years
strong leadership and high communication skills
have vigor and mindset to persevere to the completion
