Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations tailored to customers’ requirementsProvide product support and assist prospects, customers and partners with their technical and business related issuesAbility to map technical and commercial value to longer term business goals within customer environmentEngage with the Symantec Regional Sales and Sales Engineering Teams to support their customer engagementsEngage with the Product and Sales Teams at Channel & Alliance PartnersConvey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teamsOrganize the delivery of Proof Of Concept(PoC) in the security technologyWrite technical with papers and own the technical response to RFIs / RFPsProvide technical certification training to customers, partners and prospectsIdentify and develop potential new business opportunitiesSales engagement experience and technological knowledge for network products
Passion for and in-depth knowledge of IT Security is essentialKnowledge & experience in any security relevant technologiesIn-
depth knowledge of Common IT technology (either in Network, Endpoint, Server, Cloud, Mobile, IoT)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification5+ year experience for related sales engineering, system engineering or consulting or related fieldNative level Japanese speaker and English skills preferredPreferred : Industry accreditations such as CISSP, ITIL, CSA etc.
