The Global Talent Intelligence Team is a new strategic pillar under the Global Talent Acquisition organisation. It is responsible for proactive talent engagement & attraction strategy and providing market intelligence & talent insights that will continuously enable SAP to be a leader in hiring the best talent and support the business in making workforce decisions.

Act as trusted advisor to senior Business Leaders and senior HR Leaders on talent insights to help the business make intelligent workforce decisions
Continuously adopt an innovative mindset to position the Talent Intelligence team to be a strategic trusted partner within the business ecosystem
Lead and own the market unit / country candidate generation responsibility by developing and deploying strategic talent attraction initiatives align with regional directive
Partner with Market Unit Talent Acquisition Leader, extended HR teams and business leaders on actions, as appropriate, to address competitive gaps.
Partner and collaborate with other Talent Intelligence Consultants to ensure best practices are deployed across the region
Identify current candidate landscape across global regions that will help position SAP’s employer brand and potential job roles attractiveness vs market
Develop an external candidate mapping of diverse top passive candidates across SAP line of businesses
Execute the regional talent branding strategy that attract external passive candidates that align to SAP’s cultural and business objectives
Execute the regional external talent strategy that ensures SAP continuous engagement with diverse top passive candidates
Build, engage and nurture the talent pipelines across the identified skill segments to ensure ready-now’ pool when a hiring demand arise
Partner and collaborate within the Talent Intelligence Team and extended Talent Acquisition teams to achieve all KPIs established under the Talent Acquisition organization
Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver meaningful as well as impactful talent insights and market competitive insights to business stakeholders and extended HR teams.
Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner and HRBP team to facilitate talent / workforce discussions with business stakeholder to make the right business decisions to hire the best fit talent for SAP
8 plus years experience in the HR, Sales, Consulting or Tech practises
General knowledge of HR systems (non-recruiting) and processes and their relation to the recruiting process is essential.
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to leverage tools and technology to analyze data
Working knowledge of recruiting or HR practices and processes
Strong client experience management
Strong presentation skills
