As a Community Partner Manager, you will develop relationships with our key Chrome partners, and engage with the sales teams, managers, and technical teams focusing on Google’s Chrome device market opportunities in Japan.
You are a confident program manager, and you have the ability to persuasively present Google's product offering. You advocate for the innovative power of Google’s products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.
Own a broader market development and a partner development and management strategy.
Drive broder relationships to deliver positive outcomes with the Chrome ecosystem.
Be the subject matter expert to the Japan partner ecosystem and provide the right value proposition, products, and offers.
Coordinate and execute key enablement activities on a regular and ongoing basis which would include Lunch and Learns, small group sessions and one-on-ones..etc.
Minimum qualifications :
5 years of experience in sales and / or building partnerships with partners in the IT industry or equivalent experience.
Experience with the IT channel (OEM, Resellers, and Distributor).
Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications :
Track record of achieving quarterly targets.
Skilled at building effective strategic working relationships with individuals across work across cultures and in a matrix organization.
Ability to derive data-driven business insights and to effectively communicate actionable recommendations and decisions to partners and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual that is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Comfortable as a self starter, creating and delivering on your own strategies for success.
