Assist retail operations manager and retail training manager to achieve the goals of Retail store business in Japan by supporting the tasks, business process and structure within Retail team.
Before you are assigned this position, minimum 6 months store staff experiences must be required.
Task 1 : Support operations manager to make the operational plans for FPS and FOC of Retail Calendar for each month and prepare it for the business meeting.
Task 2 : Support organizing regular / no regular operational meetings : Area managers meeting, store managers meeting, Supervisors meeting based on the annual time schedule
Task 3 : Summarize the business KPIs and reports such as SVR(store visit recap), cash overshort report, employee survey, stock shortage report, SHP(sales per hour) / hourly performance, etc.
and identify the areas needed to be improved. Suggesting the solution plans to operations manager.
Task 4 : Support to implement operational policies, guidelines and procedures for entire Retail business operation
Task 5 : Translation of global training materials, operational materials, or tools used at the stores. Arrange for training materials, tools and venues aligned with training plan.
Task 6 : E-learning support and enhance communication with store staff members to increase the ratio of completion to acquire or develop necessary knowledge.
