Manage high risk enterprise projects by leveraging best-in-class project management skills and strong functional / architectural expertise.
The Cross Divisional Projects & Architecture (XDIV) team is a regional team of business analysts and project managers who support significant business change and technology implementation projects across multiple divisions and business units.
The XDIV team is responsible for helping the firm understand the business and technology impact of initiatives, coordinating across the firm to deliver these initiatives as well as progressing the firm's strategic functional architecture across multiple business lines.
The team covers business flows from front office and has a strong focus on integration and user acceptance testing of these new flows.
The team's role on a project varies dependent on need, from overall program management to ownership of specific analysis or testing deliverables, to that of an advisory role.
