OEM Sales Enablement (OSE) Account Manager
is seeking a high-energy sales manager with a great track record of winning and enabling data center business in the world leading global OEM partners.
As sales manager, you lead the effort to seek revenue targets in each OEMs, pipelines, enabling OEM sales channel and relationship in each OEMs.
You also working closely with storage partners who are working on DGX reference Architecture for business collaborations.
You are an essential member to our enterprise business organizations that deliver on NVIDIA’s projected growth opportunity.
What you’ll be doing :
Drive all aspects of winning revenue, demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, sales management and enabling sales with training and education.
Contribute to and be responsible for the revenue growth of our datacenter products in OEMs for enterprise business that consists of HPC, Deep Learning / ML and GPU virtualization for VDI.
To work with each OEM to generate pipelines for short term and middle term business growth.
Establish business collaboration scheme with storage partners to maximize revenue and pipelines.
Actively working with each OEM to build business strategy and actions to maximize our business of data center product.
To implement strong methodology for forecasting revenue of each OEM.
Working with each internal vertical field sales to make business growth with strategies and actions alignment.
Enabling OEM sales with our value proposition of our products and platform and solution of eco-system partners.
Making and maintaining good relationship with OEMs and their executives.
Deliver training and seminars for enabling OEM sales.
Working closely with OEM global account managers and aligning WW sales strategy.
Take internal leadership at globally.
What we need to see :
Bachelor’s degree required. Graduated or MBA a plus.
5+ year experience in sales or business development with great track record.
You should have excellent communication and presentation skill and be a self-starter, working with minimal direction.
Good team worker.
Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets.
A history of successfully working with technology providers and sales channel partners.
An experience in sales enablement internally or in partners.
A history of implementing successful long term relationship with customers, especially executives.
Good English communication skill in email and telephone-conference / Fluent in Japanese
Logical and strategic thinking.
