System Issue Analyst
We are looking for a Cluster System Issue Analyst, who will validate systematic reporting of all technical issues and process claims timely.
Perform in depth analysis on company data sets to deliver quality inputs, fact-based communication and timely decision making and issue resolution.
What you will do :
As System Issue Analyst, you will :
Validate technical issue to ensure data compliance
Submit claims to responsible organizations and follow up for timely reimbursement
Ensure all issues and claims are registered in system at company standard quality for inputs
Perform necessary investigation to understand the problem and its root cause with competent involvement and ownership adequately
Create reports, dashboards and statistical analysis on issues and claims to relevant forums
Support and coach the organization with process know-how and tool utilization
You will collaborate & build key relationships with :
Technical Support and Quality Specialist
Field Service Engineers
Customer Services Team
Quality Management Team
Key Account Team
Who you are :
We believe you have :
Background : BA / Bsc / BE or equivalent education is required. Computing / Engineering / Administration or related fields
Office Skills : Very advanced skills in using office software’s for reporting and presentations such as MS Excel (Pivot analysis), Word, Powerpoint, SAP, BI
Quality Analysis : Knowledge and experience in application of the statistical methods and tools to support quality analysis such as root cause eradication analysis, claim statistics analysis
Intermediate / advanced reporting and data analysis background is mandatory
Language competency : Good command of English.
Quality Culture : Constantly and proactively drive behaviours and actions to deliver superior products and service quality
Systematic Problem Solving : Theoretical and practical knowledge to enable analytic approach and method towards identifying and solving problems. This is an advantage
Others but important : High sense of logical thinking, technical orientation
2+ years of experience in Quality / Project or System Management
3+ years experience in data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting
Managerial & Personal Attributes :
Ability to be self-motivated and independent
Strong interpersonal skills
An engaging approach & a willingness to discuss challenges as they arise
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Teamwork oriented and mature
Able to work under pressure
Informal leadership skills are required
