Lead, Global Accounts
Position Goals & Objectives :
WeWork is currently seeking a Lead in the Global Accounts Team. This full time position is based in Tokyo and will report directly to the Global Accounts Director and be a part of our growing team.
The Global Account Sales team’s missions include building strong relationships with clients, providing creative and cost-efficient real estate solutions to Enterprises, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction after they move into locations in Japan.
A successful Global Accounts Lead will be diligent with a proven track record in successful customer interaction, complex and creative transactions, and membership agreement negotiations.
The Lead will be responsible for :
Based in our Japan HQ office, map prospective enterprise accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
Develop and support enterprise sales opportunities that lead to qualified pitches, signed membership agreements, and satisfied customers.
Support enterprise event and operations strategy targeting the Japanese Enterprise & Fortune 500 community at local events
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop enterprise marketing collateral and messaging
Strategize with enterprise sales teams to improve sales processes
Developing relationships with key real estate decision makers and third-party real estate representatives of targeted enterprise companies.
Assist team members in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon targets and performance metrics.
Operational management of the team including Salesforce management, pipeline forecasting and tracking, and team collaboration.
Support team by participating in and leading prospect meetings, tours, negotiations, and closing as required to close large and complex deals.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the WeWork offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Manage high level conversations with corporate heads of real estate, CFO’s, Heads of HR and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts.
Develop targeted account list, outbound strategy, and marketing material to increase our enterprise pipeline.
Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e adding contacts, sending enterprise newsletter, demand from events, and coordinating strategic meetings).
Work in Salesforce CRM to efficiently input and track sales lead data.
Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets.
Communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle to the enterprise community, to highlight our culture enhancing benefits to corporate organizations.
Develop new business leads and developing relationships with enterprise stakeholders via networking, events and etc.
Creating and improving upon BD strategies and processes to maximize lead generation
Touring and demonstrating WeWork locations and business solutions with potential enterprise members
Closing membership agreements with
Cultivating and maintaining enterprise and real estate relationships
Partner with Enterprise Sales and Account Management teams to ensure best-in-class experiences for our enterprise accounts
Utilize innovative and creative lead generation tactics
Team player , with a no job too big, no job too small mentality
Fluent in Japanese and Business Level English
4+ years of sales experience and comfortable prospecting
SaaS and Real Estate experience a plus
Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM Salesforce
Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth
Excellent communicator, verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Customer service experience required
