Japanese Automation Marketing Manager
We are looking for a creative, data-driven and Japanese speaking marketer to join the Japan Marketing Team here at HubSpot.

This is a high impact, highly visible role in which you’ll work closely with the International Automation Team, as well as various teams across the HubSpot organization (e.
g. Sales, Customer Service & Success, Academy)
Your main responsibility in this role will be to connect Japanese leads, free users and customers with the right resources at the right time, on a channel that they prefer.
You will be working closely with both the global marketing automation and regional Japanese team to adapt global campaigns, and create new Japanese specific campaigns where relevant.
You will leverage a variety of channels including email, live chat and bots to do this and to meet qualified lead goals for the Japanese sales team.
This role is right for you if you are a strong demand marketer, have marketing automation experience and can write great marketing copy with a focus on conversion
In this role you’ll :
Develop our communication strategy for Japanese contacts in our database, across every stage of the life cycle.
Work with regional and global teams to identify areas of growth and opportunity across our lead, free user and customer database.
Write, design, build and measure automated email nurturing flows .
Write, design, build and measure chatbots for hubspot.jp and within our products.
Identify external channels to reach a Japanese audience.
Work with the Japanese content team to identify content to promote to our audience.
Experiment with copy, imagery, CTAs, strategies and segmentation.
Find opportunities for optimization and automation across current campaigns
Support product launches with launch emails and monetization plays.
Track and measure all results of your programs through HubSpot, Google Analytics, Amplitude and Looker and be able to suggest next steps based on that data
Educate our global teams on the Japanese market, and develop asks needed to
Full professional proficiency in business Japanese and English.
Experience working with marketing automation tools, particularly email marketing and chatbots.
Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions and think out of the box.
Great project management skills, ability to work autonomously, leading projects on your own.
Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, ability to work with multiple teams across the globe.
Be at ease with analytics and reporting tasks.
Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment.
