Provide overall operational support and advice to the employees, managers and the regional-wide HR community in the delivery of the operational support.
Works independently and / or closely with HR specialists to help resolve queries which arise directly from the employees or managers.
Identify and resolve standard technical and operational problem.
As Workday knowledge expert, manage the HR data accuracy and provide support and advice to the employees and managers.
In addition, educate HR team members on new releases and train new HR users.
Promote interactive communications with employees, invent and propose new initiatives in response to employees' request and improve the operational flows that consider employees' convenience.
As a member of a project member, take ownership of certain elements of the project, providing support and input to actions and overall objectives.
In the long run, may participate in or lead global
projects that involves the global or regional HR members.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 5-year experience in the areas of HR Operations such as;
Payroll, social insurance arrangements, work attendance, and employee benefits
HR data management in Workday or equivalent system
Management of employee health and safety and policies / work rules / regulations.
Languages : Japanese native, business-level English
PC skills : Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Flexibility to work in accordance the situation and priorities
Initiative with ownership
Good communication skill to negotiate external third party providers and work effectively with internal stakeholders or departments
Data management and delivery with accuracy
