Brand excellence is one of six capabilities defined by Future Fit 2.0.
This position is responsible to improve this capability largely targeting for brand team members.
There are 4 major objectives assigned fot this position
1) Embed the framwork of brand excellence within the organization
2) Identify the gap in capability of brand team based on the requirement from brand excellence academy
3) Develop and deliver training program to fill the gap identified
4) Manage brand planning process
Major Responsibilities :
1.Implementation of Brand Excellence Academy
Localize / introduce Global Brand Academy programs in Japan
2.Brand Plan Management
Manage AMT review (Brand Plan Review, Tactical Plan Review).
Manage feedback process of AMT review including development of report to Brand team leaders
Manage Brand Excellence Portal website appropriately
3.Gap analysis based on common and functional assessment defined by Brand Excellence Academy
Gather the result of competency assessment of brand team member from their line managers
Based on the assessment, identify the opportunity for the organization to improve
4.Planing and delivery for capability development training of major Brand team members.
Develop and delievr trainings relevant for framework such as 7 starategy anchors for brand planning
Develop and deliver trainings to improve the competency of brand team members identified by assessment
5.Managemaent for onboarding training program of newly hired or joined core brand tema member
Deliver onboarding Training Program collaborating with relevant fuctions
6.Management of team member as a people manager in Brand Excellence team.
Ensure the flowless execution for aforementioned responsibilities by managing team mamenter
