Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As as Mobile Apps Optimization Specialist, you will provide deep and specialized focus on emerging or complex ads products and support those products with optimization and analysis.

We work closely with product operations managers, regional product specialists, and global product leads to build capability around supporting mobile apps.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting client’s performance objectives and key results on mobile apps and ensures products are smoothly transitioned to the gCS Campaign Management team.

You will work on products that need special sales, optimization, or implementation support, building processes and a deep understanding of these products, systems, tools and documentation.

You will ensure these products can be serviced by generalists and work closely with the Product teams to provide feedback that can help customers in terms of performance or help agencies become more efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Provide account and campaign servicing for a portfolio of accounts for select performance products.
  • Build new processes and solutions to simplify complex product optimizations and workflow.
  • Anticipate growth challenges and identify / lead opportunities / program.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working in a high-skill professional services role or a product management role.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience in an analytical, technical, or consulting role.
  • Understanding of optimization and analytical tools or industry and product experience in Digital Media agencies / eCommerce companies.
  • Ability to be highly organized to ensure high quality and timeliness.
  • Ability to work effectively with specialists and influence them through experience and reliability. Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently and idiomatically.
