Responsibilities

1. Build and implement strategy and activities in improving corporate reputation with solid stakeholder(external and internal) management.

2. Plan and execute company-wide internal communications (incl executive communications) to effectively penetrate corporate messages with attentive coordination with relevant functions and executives.

3. Promote the change with the clear communication strategy

4. Manage diverse corporate matters including issue and crisis as well as digital.

5. Vendor management to efficiently and effectively execute communications activities.

6. Monitor relevant social, economic and administrative trends and news so that they can be reflected into plans and actions.

Required skills / experience

  • business level English is mandatory
  • industrial experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • strong inter-personal skills and resilient / persistent abilities required.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in communications or relevant fields.
  • strong writing skill (especially in Japanese) is required.
