We are seeking an experienced sales manager to manage Japan region. Candidatemust possess 6+ years of experience specifically related to executing digitalmedia sales.
Deep experience in digital advertising, leveraging 3rdparty audience data and contextual targeting solutions is critical.
Candidatewill possess a proven track record successfully managing a team, growingrevenue and exceeding sales targets.
In this role you will be selling andpotentially build a team of high performing individuals sales contributors(Client Partners) that own a fluid group of 200-
300 brands that buy audience,contextual solutions, and other Oracle Data Cloud solution via their agencytrading desk and media agencies.
Ownership of the Japan region coveringa broad set of clients across all agency holding groups & verticals (Retail,Financial Services, CPG, B2B & Consumer Technology, etc.
Your primarygoal is to maximize their usage of ODC products and grow revenue to ensure the SoutheastAsia sales team exceeds annual & quarterly targets.

Develop client & agencyrelationships to a strategic level where Oracle Data Cloud is seen an integralpartner for their online marketing / audience strategies and we are part of theirannual planning process.
Continually drive your team’soutbound sales activities to ODC clients and their agency contacts to breakthrough and establish new relationships with clients that already buy OracleData Cloud products indirectly through our channel partners.

PromoteODC’s value proposition to key buyers / influencers across the agency andadvertiser space
RepresentOracle Data Cloud at key industry events in Japan
Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis.
Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections.
Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry.
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions.
Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
