What you’ll be responsible for :
Reviewing the list of incoming inquiries, prioritise and make an attempt to contact leads through the best communication channel (e.
g. email, phone call, text, intercom)
Present relevant initial information about the school and coordinate the meeting with an Admissions Advisor as the next steps.
Working with the Marketing Teams and Agents / Partners to develop and enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in prospective families and enrolments.
Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and seminars / webinars.
Attending industry events and webinars when relevant and providing feedback and information on market trends.
Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered / managed within CGA’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system (Salesforce, Initial Meeting Forms).
Submitting weekly admission reports in an accurate and concise manner for management.
Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts.
Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve the admissions processes.
You just might be the person we are looking for if you have :
1+ years experience in international student recruitment, US / UK college admissions, or in a sales and marketing role.
Interested in working with families and students to provide them with the best opportunities to find their passions and achieve their potential.
Believe that education is the most powerful tool to changing the world
Experience and skills that would be useful in this role
Fluency in another language, particularly in Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Arabic, or Japanese,
Experience with Salesforce and / or OpenApply
Virtual conferencing and communication technology, such as Zoom, WeChat, WhatsApp, Slack.
