Your Responsibilities :
Achievement of quarterly,annualnew business and renewalsalestargetsin assigned territoryin collaboration with regional sales teams.
Develop a deep understanding of the research information / data management space and the competing players.
Createand deliver technical sales presentations.
Consult withcustomerson how to applyour portfolio of SaaS solutionsto their relevant use cases.
Ensure client satisfaction and drive referrals.
Ensure a smooth transitionfrom pre-salesto implementationand from implementation to support.
Channel feedback to the Product organization for continued product enhancements relevant to the region
Become a thought leader in research informationmanagement and be a coach to other sales colleagues in learning the space.
Our Requirements :
Lots of energy, curiosityand creativity. University degree a must preferably related to Information Technology
Influential self-starter. Taking leadership on prospects and customer engagements.
5 years ofworkingexperience, preferably intechnical business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of staff includingcomputer engineering, project management, business, C-level both internally and externally
