We’relooking for an experienced ODM rules developer to join our Transformation teamwho will be responsible for implementing and managing digital decisionstrategies using IBM Operational Decision Management (ODM).
Together with peers involved in digitalstrategy, mobile application development and data science, you will work aspart of a team responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experienceand process innovation across all parts of Cardif’s business, both internallyand with Cardif’s partner ecosystem.
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)
This developer would need to have experience in developing applications on ODM Business Rules and would be responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of Rules Projects and ensuring that projects meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements, including the following :
5+ years’ experience in developing applications on ODM Business Rules using decision tables and other ODM constructs
3+ years of experience in developing applications using ODM decision services.
Providing application level tuning recommendations for optimizing ODM Decision server performance.
Strong underlying knowledge of XML, XSLT, Java, JMS, WebSphere application server.
Agile in adapting to a complex environment of frequent releases, overlapping development cycles whilst maintaining high productivity.
